How is the photographs’ delivery process?

At The Memory Land we work with Shootproof, an awesome photo upload system. In this online platform, we upload the pictures to public or private galleries –depending on the requirement–, and the customer receives a link to download or purchase them, depending on the selected package. The system is extremely user friendly and easy to manage. We do not work with CDs or DVDs anymore -that is definitely old school-

How can I print some pictures with you?

Once your photos are ready, we are going to share them with you in a public or private gallery through our online shopping system, ShootProof. Once you access to your gallery, by clicking to each photo, you can choose between the different print sizes we offer,  the various types of paper and their prices. You can start adding then to your shopping cart and, once you finish, you can complete your purchase by paying the order using your credit card.

How do I receive the printed photos I bought?

At the end of your selection, and before making the payment, the system will ask you to complete the details of your address, so the package with your photos will get directly to the address you wrote, approximately three days after payment is processed.

What if I want an album?

At The Memory Land we offer beautiful hardcover Photo Books, with an image on the cover and matt rolled inner sheets, to ensure the safeguarding of the images for many years. You can select the size and number of pages of your choice in the shopping cart from your photo gallery.

Our creative team is responsible for the layout of the album and the cover design. Once diagrammed, we will send you a digital sample for your approval. You can make changes twice.

It is important that you respond during the first two weeks after the sample is sent, otherwise, we will consider it is approved for printing.

The delivery time of the album is about 1 month after the last approval.

¿Cómo es el proceso de entrega de las fotografías?

En The Memory Land trabajamos con el sistema de carga de fotos Shootproof. En esta plataforma online, subimos las fotografías a galerías públicas o privadas –dependiendo del requerimiento-, y el cliente recibe un link para descargarlas o comprarlas, dependiendo del tipo de paquete seleccionado. El sistema es súper amigable y fácil de usar. No trabajamos con CDs ni DVDs -están pasados de moda-.

¿Cómo hago para imprimir algunas fotos con ustedes?

Una vez que tus fotos estén listas, te las vamos a compartir en una galería pública o privada a través de nuestro sistema de compra online ShootProof. Una vez que accedas a tu galería, al hacer click sobre las fotos, puedes escoger los diferentes tamaños de impresiones que ofrecemos, así como los distintos tipos de papel y los precios de los mismos. Las puedes ir agregando al carrito y al final cierras tu compra con el pago de tu orden con tarjeta de crédito.

¿Cómo recibo las fotos impresas que compré?

Al finalizar tu selección, y antes de realizar el pago, el sistema te pedirá que completes los datos de tu dirección y el paquete con tus fotos te llegará directamente a la dirección que colocaste, aproximadamente tres días después de procesar el pago.

¿Y si quiero el álbum?

En The Memory Land ofrecemos hermosos Photo Books, de tapa dura con imagen en la portada y hojas internas laminadas en mate, para asegurar el resguardo de las imágenes por muchos años. Puedes seleccionar el tamaño y el número de páginas de tu preferencia en el carrito de compras de tu galería de fotos.

Nuestro equipo creativo se encarga de la diagramación del álbum, así como el diseño de la portada. Una vez diagramado, te haremos llegar una muestra vía digital para tu aprobación. Puedes realizar cambios durante dos oportunidades.

Es importante que respondas durante las primeras dos semanas después de enviada esta muestra, de no ser así, consideraremos que está aprobada para impresión.

El tiempo de entrega del álbum es alrededor de 1 mes después de la última aprobación.
