How does your service work in events?

In The Memory Land we specialize in documentary photography, this means that we will photograph the event from all angles, putting much effort into the details, without meddling too much in the development of the celebration. We focus on the decor –including tables, flowers, dessert table- pictures of the party’s star, social photos of the guests and the overall development of the event. It’s important to note that we do not guarantee that all guests will be photographed, that’s the reason we require for you to indicate us who must appear in the images.

Can we hire the photographer for an extra hour?

If our team does not have any other commitments previously planned after your event, we would gladly accompany you for another hour. Our cost per additional hour is $100 (until 6 pm) and $150 (after 6 pm) and it must be paid the day after the event, since our photographers do not receive payments during the celebrations.

How long do you take to deliver the photos?

Delivery time will depend on the selected package:

• If the package does not include edited photos but the images will be bought after the session, we upload the photos to the online gallery aprox. one week after the service. From this point, the client is responsible for the selection and our delivery time will depend on him.
• If the package includes a fixed number of edited photos, the estimated delivery time is 15 – 20 working days.

¿Cómo funciona su servicio en eventos?

En The Memory Land nos especializamos en fotografía documental, esto significa que vamos a fotografiar el evento desde todos los ángulos, poniendo mucho empeño en los detalles, sin inmiscuirnos demasiado en el desarrollo de la celebración. Nos enfocamos en la decoración –incluyendo mesas, flores, mesa de dulces-, fotos del (a) protagonista de la fiesta, fotografías sociales de los invitados y el desarrollo del evento en general. Es importante acotar que no garantizamos que todos los invitados sean fotografiados, razón por la cual requerimos que nos indiquen al momento del evento aquellas personas que deben aparecer en las imágenes.

¿Se puede contratar al fotógrafo una hora extra?

Si nuestro equipo no tiene otro compromiso previamente planificado después de tu evento, con gusto podemos acompañarte una hora más. Nuestro costo por hora adicional son $100 (hasta las 6 p.m.) y $150 (después de las 6 p.m.) y debe cancelarse un día después del evento, ya que nuestros fotógrafos no reciben pagos durante las celebraciones.

¿En cuanto tiempo entregan las fotos?

El tiempo de entrega va a depender del paquete seleccionado:

• Si el paquete no incluye las fotos editadas sino que la compra de las imágenes se realiza después de la sesión, subimos las fotos a la galería online 1 semana después del servicio. A partir de este momento, el cliente es responsable de la selección y de él dependerá nuestro tiempo de entrega
• Si el paquete incluye un número fijo de fotos editadas, el tiempo de entrega es entre 15 y 20 días hábiles.
